✅ Not have previously received another exchange scholarship.
✅ Have a clean academic and disciplinary record (no disciplinary actions issued).
✅ Obtain approval from their academic department and faculty for the courses intended to be taken at the host university.

Can I apply if I have previously received an exchange scholarship?

What happens after submitting the application?

📌 After the application period ends, the following steps take place:

  • Applications are reviewed, and those not meeting the eligibility criteria are excluded.

  • A competitive evaluation is conducted based on the selection criteria.

  • A list of accepted and waitlisted students is announced.

  • Applications are forwarded to the host universities for final admission decisions.

​What happens after a student is accepted for the scholarship?

📌 After the results are announced, the student must:

1️⃣ Sign the scholarship acceptance form and commit to completing the program.
2️⃣ Sign the Learning Agreement, which includes the list of courses to be taken at the host university.
3️⃣ Pay the registration fees at Mutah University for the semester during which they will attend the host university.
4️⃣ Provide proof of health insurance to the host university (as the scholarship does not cover insurance).
